Orders
To submit an order for Goods you must:
1. Complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your digital basket on our site.
2. Enter all required information for delivery and also for billing including relevant card details.
Once we have accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point our Terms of Sale will become binding on you and on Choose Refills. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
Return Policy
All products are subject to our 14 days return policy and must not be used (unless accepted cause of return). To request a refund simply email us jo@chooserefills.co.uk. We aim to refund all payments if in accordance to the policy within 7-10 working days.
Conditions of Return:
· Items without all original packaging can not be returned
We must stress that as a small business we can not provide refunds for any used items, this is within our rights. Only Goods purchased on the chooserefills.co.uk website can be returned to Little Soap Company for a refund or an exchange.
Signed Missing Parcels
All our parcels sent with tracked signed delivery via Hermes must abide by our signed parcel policy. If your parcel is signed for and delivered to the address on your order, we cannot process claims that the item is missing. You will need to contact Hermes directly to report a missing / stolen parcels, which will get passed on to their investigation team. This is a standard procedure to protect against fraudulent orders and activity.
Missing Items in Your Order
If you have any items that are missing from your order, you MUST contact us within 4 business days of receiving the item. If it surpasses this time we cannot guarantee a refund. This is done purely to protect ourselves from fraudulent activity and false claims.
Damaged Items
Unfortunately sometimes orders do arrive damaged. This is out of our control. Please send us a message within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the broken item. We will send this to the courier and investigate it immediately.
In the event that this happens, we will send a replacement order to you as soon as possible.
If you would prefer a refund for the damaged item, this would need to be done as a returned item to prevent fraud so the damaged item would need to be returned to us for a full refund. Please note as we are a small company, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we will however refund all original postage costs from when you placed the order.
